I think the overall dps of cr2 is a tiny bit better, but rof+10 also gives def, so you decide.

i think i would rather 4 CR+2 even with 40/7 helm or 34/7 helm i get less CD when using 4 ROF+10 but a bit of atk and def

if i use all 4 i get 184dmg with(ROF+10) 72 def 52 atk 40dmg(with 34/7 helm)

20 cd vs 52 atk and 72 def, i dont think it gets more obvious which is one better
