Hi, I'm new to cabal and just reached regular on my skill rank.

So I was wondering a few things...

1. Is the best way to gain skill exp to just farm on training dummies?
2. Do higher rank skills give more skill exp? Or can I just spam impact stab and flash draw?
3. Is there any other gear,items,titles, etc. that give skill exp+?? If so where/how can I obtain them?
