When the level 40 quest for an astral board lcense popped up i jumped on it immediatly, i now know that you have to have a astral board. i have a few simple questions about them: Are they drops? If so where and how often do they drop and from what monsters? Where can you buy them and how much is a good price to spend on one? Are they cash shop items?

1st.-yes some boards are drops
2nd.- idk realy
3rd.- check ah for prices
4th.- only good boards are sold on cash shop get K-red it haves S.amp/M.amp CR and CD

There are two board card drops that I know of, both are fairly consistant drops, the phantom board card dropped by some phantom in Port Lux and also the black hound board card dropped by the black hound boss guy in Port Lux. they're both off to the east of the main town.
