i'll put those stats into LastHour's Calc and see how it rings up vs each other for avg dps. It calculates average of normal hits only i think. In normal pvp though, it'd just be who hit/ crit first/ most. Which isn't a good judgment factor.

War --- 814/1034
PVP --- 409/520

BurningRaven's Avg DPS (WW/SW):
War --- 801/1017
PVP --- 402/511

if your comparing from those stats alone in pvp it would come out to like 51% burning 49% dark. the difference is so small that itll prolly still be a tie

Yea CD res and Rate Res from the HR titles I didn't know. To add that into the calc, that would change the stats more.
