don't blame a specific group of peoplethat just happen to be some of the stronger people in the server (reguardless of how they got that way). The point the other person was making is that EST seriously messed with too many factors in rates for a small server and it backfired and crippled the economy. I can personally vouch that crafting got dropped alot. I'm one of the highest helm crafters( if not still #1) and my helm rate in Dec-Jan was good (1/6 pc) and in Feb it dropped to about 1/20-25.

As for people staying in t4, they're more or less too afraid to tackle on the challenge of t5. With more people there, it makes it harder for the epic strong ppl to kill as well as they do since they'll be taking on more at a time. Meaning they get hit more = die faster.
