So after being banned and waiting a week for a reply I got this:

Your account has been permanently banned in violation of following.

• Exploit errors in design, features which are not documented and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available or to obtain any competitive advantage

I've played since early 2008 and have never used an "exploit error" o.O I mean... what the hell does this even mean?? Like hacking?? I'm beyond confused. So much for the 11 costumes i've bought over the past 2 1/2 years or so =/

its not limited to "hacking" or "using 3rd party tools"; you can also classify exploits in game design as knowing about a particular bug and using it without reporting to devs for fix, if the bug gives you some kind of advantage in currency or abilities that are deemed exploits.

but i dont get why your asking here, the gms dont discuss account matters in forums, only in helpdesk.

example of exploit in design:
there is maintenance or an update, and you find some niche bug and exploit it to gain advantage before its fixed.

just a general example...it could mean anything really.. your not going to get any definite answers from forum users lol..
