Extending Bind on Equip

What happens if.. you slot extend an item that still has char-bind on equip condition?

Has anyone tried this?

Hmm but you have not equipped the item how can it be char bind? or is it not possible to extend until its equipped?

if its char on binding and you extend itll still be char on binding.
