Acc bound costumes

So, we all know that a lot of people have over 15+ costumes, and they don't use all of them...What if there were something like pets sealing kits? Something that would let you put your costume in a gift box again and sell it. Prices in-game would be lower for people that aren't rich and the rich people could benefit from this by buying a costume they want and don't have.

I was going to post something very similar to this.
My idea is the same, but the prices wouldn't be so low.
My idea was to have events at holidays throughout the year, the Cash-Shop and Events would give "Wrapping paper" to re-seal items that had been previously sealed.
So, obviously, no sealing things that have not been sealed. This would help get rid of weapon skins, and costumes.
The Holidays involved would be, Valentines Day, Christmas, Fathers/Mothers Day, etc.
Feel free to add your opinion, take something from my idea, or just brain storm.

That's what the Suggestion Corner is all about.
Believe it or not, a few ideas from this section have been implemented.
Get some support, broaden our ideas, and we might see this in the future.

I think its an excellent idea. And it also sounds fun considering the holiday theme.

And, naturally, with different Events/Holidays, we'd have different colored wrapping paper, just to make it a little different throughout the year.
