in transfers, deal only with people who's known to the community. establish your own background investigation. it's not an assurance though of 'risk-free' trading/transfer if that guy whom u once thought to be trustworthy turned out to be a different person (like the char or account got sold without you knowing it or got hacked or something) and the new person has no intention of protecting the original owner's name.
