Its been a while since i played and i dont no but is it still possible to get aa old account back from ogp?

Whoa, sorry I didn't see this sooner, shordell.
If you have an old account from OGP, please send us a ticket (don't post this information here) with the following info below and we'll see what we can do:

*** Please attach a screenshot of the email from OGP (it must include your OGP ID and Email) ***
Character Name/s:
Character Level/s:
Battle Style of your character/s:
Server :
Please ensure you have sufficient slots on your account for the transfer.
Screenshot details:
Please go to www.ogplanet.com and request a new password. OGP should then send you an email with a new password. This email should contain your OGP ID and your OGP email.
In case this is your first time putting in a ticket, you can do so at our HelpDesk (http://www.cabal.com/Support/HelpDesk)

I'm trying to transfer my old OGP account also, but every time I try to send a ticket using the help desk I get a heavy traffic error or a popup written in korean, what do I do?
also, what category and specification is appropriate for this?

Edit: I used cateory/specification ETC and the ticket opened (problem solved)

hey i made the ticket like you said,which was atleast a week ago and it still says ticket opened what do i do?
