"Run DLL" error

I just downloaded the game,and install it,but when start to play,it came up like this
"Cannot load the NvCell.dll - Access is denied"
Something like this
And sorry,i don't know how to take picture from desktop(and even i don't have a paint tool)
I try check files but dont work either
EDIT:And one more thing,this error make my computer restart(like BSOD but there isn't BSOD)
