How long does it need to unblock an account?

I got my account blocked, because i want to change my subpassword. it is almost a week already.

please do something G.M

you can change it yourself once u log on to cabal website there is a button called account management. click on that it will ask you for your e-mail you used to create the account and your current password. Then you will see somthing called send OTP click that and it will send you a e-mail. copy the OTP code and paste it where it says input OTP code here then it will say are you sure u want to reset you subpassword for game, warehouse, and innovatory. click yes then log u should be able to log into cabal.

after the N.W last week, i got a message say that: "Someone else is attempting to login with your account". so i go to my warehouse and try to change my subpassword. I tried 3 times and i got blocked. lolz.

you should be able to log into the site. unless u got banned

even i login to the site i cannot login to the game. i need to login the game

i know you wont be able to log into game until u reset your subpass like i said in my previous post read it and it explains what the steps are to reset it

no porblem man just be sure you be careful so you dont get hacked. there are ALOT of people that have been hacked on mercury server. so be careful man
