Items disappearing After Recent Update

Yeah, my Vampire Epaulet poofed. And I know this update screwed it up. I sent two tickets that ain't processing, btw the epaulet is account binded. Had it for a good two years. Re roll or at least give me my pixel items back. Other wise go screw yourself ESTsoft. Your help desk is a fraud, it only gave me a blank screen. Never in my cabal pwning has this ever happened. This service is equivalent to high schoolers getting a job as a security guard in a rich condo complex, when the employers find out there employees have a history of grand theft auto. Go figure.

Wasn't just your epaulet either. If you were around when OGP hosted that event with a gift of a full set of 3 slot osm, it's more than likely gone if you still had it, at least, my set is.
