When I try to download Cabal from the official website Cabal(dot)com, it won't work. What happens is that the file stops downloading after about 15 or 20 minutes, and it says the download is interrupted. It doesn't give me the option to continue the download. When I try downloading the same file again, the same problem reoccurs. Any suggestions on how to get the download to work?
EDIT: Delete this, as I have already found the answer to my problem.
