Can't connect to server

Just wanted to share
I downloaded and installed Cabal Online.
Pb is I can't connect to server, so I logged a ticket ... 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks still no answer.
So I uninstalled
This game customer support sx and doesn't give a shyt about customers.
To those who have same pb no need to expect a reply it seems, just do like me and move on to something else.
To customer support : u're not getting my $$$. Sk it up !

Did you try to connect to the server while the Legacy of Darkness update was in session? If that was the problem, then you should be able to connect to the server now. I strongly suggest that you be as polite as possible when posting about an issue involving Cabal. As for the ticket, the Help Desk is very busy. It usually takes a while for a reply.
