server connection issues or is it down?

I somehow managed to get lucky and had a connection long enough to update it, but now when at the login screen, it just keeps telling me "You have failed to connect to the server" and then when I tried to type a wrong password, it still said the same thing. Anyone else with the same prob? The site doesn't say emergency maintenance again either.

i just 'checked files' and it found 3 missing, so hopefully that's the solution.

Edit: It also had 2 GameGuard updates.

Edit 2: Nevermind, it's still doing the same thing >_>
