how long does it take for ecoins to fill

my card was charged, i can see it on my online banking statement thingy.

it has subtracted the amount from my balance, and yet 10-20 minutes later no ecoins.

last time it was almost instant, has anyone ever had it take longer? or do i need to start chargin mah lasers?
