Okay so basically I couldn't help but notice that my blader (whom I'm specing for crit dmg and crit %) isn't receiving all of the % crit bonus from the gear that I have on. On top of that when I look at the character stats screen I notice that my crit % fluctuates from 37% to 27% (the number literally just keeps changing in the stats menu). This gets really annoying because sometimes I'll crit at least 1 out of every 2 hits but then my % randomly lowers itself and I barely crit at all. I have no idea what this is all about and if this is a known bug please inform me so I can stop wasting my time specing for crit. Thanks.

ure a blader some of ure skills give u more rate once u click on it

Oops lol! I guess I missed that in the skill description.. my bad. What about the crit % bonus of my gear not adding up... it's way lower than it should be according to what I have equipped.
