Helm and Orbs Setup

Hi, you pro wizzies out there. I just got a quick question for you all. Which setup is best for wiz and yes i have a k-red board 3% rate;
1. 15/24 helm of deathblow, 2x 40dmg orbs of deathblow, merg ring, rol +1 or
2. 7/40 helm of deathblow, 7/40 orb of deathblow, 40dmg orb, merg ring and rol +1

Please help me out!!!
