Use both, 1 of each, that's usually the best way to go, balances you out.

I dont know about the min's sense im not an fa, but im guessing its somthing like 40% amp and 1k m.attack. But dont quote me.

50amp only or more from gears...1100+ magic attack.140+ CD...and you will he fine......
