Weird Icon on FCH in FT1

I was running FT1 today and picked up an FCH. When I looked in my inventory, it had a weird icon on it, as shown in the picture below. Has anyone else seen this? The icon disappeared once I was through with FT1 as well.

ive gotton those many times i think on uch/uchh too but after the dungeon the mark should disappear

It's the texture of the Mutant Key in FT1, it's in Quest Task window, you can move the quest window then the "key" in your FCH gone.

or u could move stuff in your inventory to put key on other stuff ;D
