Amp Gear

Ive been wondering this for a little while now and havn't been able to get a real answer so figured maybe somone here would know.

is it possible to have crafted amp gear and then also have amp in the slot, for armor not weopens.

And is 7% the highest you can get when you craft/in slot for the armors?

well thats only come in drops and its super mega rare to get 14 or 15% amp in a piece and for craft yes u can craft this but u will have to pray alot not to fail
and the item must be 2 slot as example if u want osm armor suit of amp and 7% amp in the slot then u should have a slot with 7% amp and a slot with 2% max crit rate(what required to craft amp) and u and ur luck thats the only way but 90% failure..........
