hey im gettin full 7%mamp gloves, suit, and boots with a 8/20 helm....

if i get 2 forcy 7%mamp orbs how do i get cdi% ovr 90?? witout usin aos

You don't need an 8/20 helm as a fa, fa's have enough rate as it is, you can go with a 36 dmg, or if you really want rate in go 7/34 or 7/40, but you really don't need an 8/20 helm, you're losing 16 dmg there.

Merg Ring [15%], rol2 event (if you missed it) or rol+1 [15% or 10%], K-red board [3%], Astral bow [12%], base rate [5%]

15+15(10)+3+12+5 = 50 (45).

if you choose amp over CD, you are bound to have low CD. Though you can definitely use 2x cr+2 for 30% dmg, a 36-40% dmg helm.. 10% from k-red and 5% from aop+4-5.

30+40+10+5+20+1%(merg ring) = 106%, if you ever choose to replace amp orb with 20% dmg then you can reacg 146% pretty easily.. so heh.

20% Base + 36% Helm + 5% AoP+5 + 20% Crit ring + 1% merg ring + 10% k-red = 92%

That is probably the simplest way to reach 90% CD.
Though some people (like me) choose to use RoS+9 instead of the CR+1 is the extra stats seem to be more helpful (meaning I only have 82% CD)

if you know your opponent have low def, say around 700-800, i'd use cr+1 over ros9. Against wa, fs, or bl, I'd switch to ros9. it's same as if you are against melee in pvp, you'd use GravityDistorion to move back, where as you wouldn't have against ranged.

I just stick with the RoS+9 because everyone in T4 has pretty good defense
