K red board deleted.

After I did a transfer and put the costumes on my new character I disliked the hair, so I banked the costumes but forgot the k red board before I deleted it. Am I screwed or will ESTsoft help me out, or is there something else I can do?

submit help desk ticket, you can clarify there which account id, and character names your referring to, and when it happened approximately.
