Can't log in.

I've been trying for about an hour now but I can't seem to log into Cabal.
I downloaded the client off of "http://download.mmosite.com/html/game/920220/", it looks reliable and like everything went smoothly.
I had previously downloaded the client off of the official site, but the client had failed to download upon completion, so it was a complete waste of time. Anyway, that isn't the point.
The point is, I download the client, it patches, I load the game, get to the log in screen, type in my username and password that I registered with the official site, not the one I downloaded the client from and it says that they are an incorrect username and password combination every single time. (and yes, I made an account on the other site and tried it too, didn't work.)
I have no idea what to do, if it's an error with Cabal or if I have done something wrong, please help me.

The one on mmosite.com that you linked is cabal SEA (south east asia).
