Permanent BB+?

so i opened the auction house, and under bb, i saw a bb-plus with no experation. is there such thing as a perm bb+??? idk if its a scam or not since the person has a suspicious user name. but heres the proof.

its a glitched bb, its not real perm one, and i doubt a player would be blocked for having/selling it; seeing as how it was not created via a glitch or exploit on the client side, it was a server side bug when the durations were glitched after a specific update, also there was other ways they could become glitch via mail when it first came out.
