This is gonna sound real stupid, but from this screenshot the chest that gives the ring is RIGHT when u kill the Megaherph? I was confused as to it was either that one or the very very end one.

It's the ugly orange chest RIGHT after you kill megaherph that drops it. You know the one they recently implemented a few updates ago? Legendary Box or sumthing like that.

u have to change your music format to OGG. i use jetaudio to convert it you can use what ever you like then after you change all of your music to OGG go into your cdrive program files Cabal then put them into the jukebox folder. and hell yeah lamb of god rulezzzzzzz
and yes it is the second to last chest the one you get from heph himself.
