Mercury 2b Guild War Tournament

Hello everyone! I want to have some player run fun when I come to Merc this year, so I will be running a guild war tournament. First I will tell you there is no entry cost so as to avoid any skeptics of me being a scammer (ask anyone I've played 3 years with, I'm an honest player). Second, the grand total value of prize will be 2b alz (as that's the easiest prize to divide fairly).

What are the requirements to join?

Your guild must be level 3, 4, or 5 and have at least 7 Activemembers.

What are the rewards?

Lvl 3- 1st place receives 200m, 2nd receives125m, and 3rd receives 75m
Lvl 4- 1st place receives 300m, 2nd receives175m, and 3rds receives 100m
Lvl 5- 1st place receives 500m, 2nd receives300m, and 3rd receives 200m
The guild with the fastest win will receive 150m

[Total alz reward being given out: 2.075b alz]

Consolations for those not familiar with tournaments is the losers bracket. If you lose once, you will be knocked down to the losers bracket to fight for 3rd place, but after that you're completely out of the tournament.

How do I enter my guild?

Have your Guild Leader send me a private message or email (pm meor look up my profile info) their Guild lvl, name, and numbers ofactive players (no alts as they're not technically'active').
I will work everything else with them from there.
The deadline to sign up is Sept 15th, so better to signup now than too late

How will it work?

Each day there will be several guild wars with a pre- determinednumber of kills ( it will be on the brackets which once setup will beavailable for all players to see).
The entire tournament will probably take about a month totaldepending on how much help I get in running it (helpers will not beparticipating) as well as how many guilds are participating.
Guild wars will be in one of the following maps: Green Despair,Desert Scream, Bloody Ice, and Fort Ruina. (I will predeterminestarting coordinates for each guild so that it's a little more fun so Port Lux may also be an option)
Hackers will automatically disqualify their guild ( I will bemonitoring every GW so you can't get away with it :P).
Guilds will face off the first round according to their seat,which will be predetermined from several factors.

Spectators are welcome and wanted, but try not to lag it too much

I will frap the wars if I can so if you want a copy of your GW'slet me know after the tournament. (they may take awhile to upload foryou though).

When will it start?
It will probably start somewhere around Nov 1st.

How will I receive my reward?
I will have a running list of all active players in the wars and will individually mail each member of the winning guilds (yes alot of time that will take me, but you will have earned it fair and square). If you were only able to be in a couple of your guild's rounds, you'll still be eligeable to receive a share in the winnings (I may take a step further and keep track of who is at each ones and divide by shares evenly within each guilds determined by how many of the wars they were involved with, and no, it's really not that hard to do that, But this will depend on user vote)

I'm hoping this to be a big success so we can later on haveanother one (perhaps that one can be an entry cost so I don't forkout so much of my personal alz).

Wow it's so generous of you to do all this with your time and personal alz. It's nice to see something like this, it's also sad that the game developers/gms couldn't come up with an idea like this. Best of luck man, I'll be sure to check with my guild about attending this.
