EST should add new system BIDDING in agent shop.

for example: if you like this item,you can bid on it. And if the seller likes the bid,he can press sell to bidder.

For Example: I sell SEH in Ah for 1.7b, but someone wants to buy it for 1.6b, so he bid 1.6b in AH.

the next day when i check the AH, i see him bid 1.6b. i like it and i sell it

person a puts item in for bidding.
person b(person a's friend) bids on it.
person c(stranger) bids on it.
person b and person c bid on it until person a likes the price(person b stops bidding)

This is a nice idea and I support XD
I would add several restriction to the system tho:
-The maximum a player can bid is how much alz the player is carrying at the moment of bidding (no trading items allowed, possible to add but keep this simple).
-When a player bids, the said alz will be removed from the player's pocket
-The alz can only be returned if the player was outbid or the bid was cancelled by seller.
-The seller must pay certain fee to register item in a bid (5m maybe?)
-The seller at anytime may collect (only the highest bid) the alz and complete the bid or cancel the bid.
-Also bid can only stay opened for 1 day. Once the bid session ends the seller get the choice to collect or to cancel the bid if its not in favor

Even normal forum trading is susceptible to this

Be it integrated in game or manually done in forum this can happen.
