Problem Submitting Guild Emblem

So I tried to submit the emblem through attachment in help desk.

It gives out some korean warning message: 업로드 가능한 파일이 아닙니다 saying it is not supported and so the ticket is not submitted.

I tried 3 different browsers with jpeg, png and psd format. All of them give the same warning message..

Any ideas? How are other guilds submitting their emblems?

Name your image as <filename.jpg>, it will be fine

I will try this after work.. We would prefer not to have jpg because of the poor quality and we need psd to submit transparency effect..

Not at all In the end I resorted to changing .jpg and it accepted it. I guess no transparency and got to accept the lower color quality. I tried zip and rar none of it will go through

yeah i dont understand they said the 30th its passed the 30th.. and i sent my ticket the 27th

I tried but it did not go through for me Perhaps it is just cabal na website problem. Regardless they have the tickets in progress already...
