What are the ways to stay in Tier 1? (Deleveling)

I'm searching for the best method. Or is the only way to enter-leave dungeon? And if that's so what is the best quest for a level 79 to delevel like that?

any quest where u just enter and leave the dungeon,or be like xi and sit in ch 20,if thats how it works anyways.

Sitting in ch20 does not work for tier 1. That quest is at level 80 and tier 1 ends at 79. The quest at level 76 Awakened Lord of Destruction is the one that I'm using, it has a quest dungeon in it. Go in, start, click C for the cabal menu, go to dungeon then hit exit dungeon. Do this a few times then relog. The exp loss will NOT show up until after you have relogged. I don't know if there's one past that I haven't tried going past it, I'm leveling up another char at the moment for the quest money, I'll let you know if I find a new one.
