Does anyone know how long the transfer generally takes? I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago with all the required info and haven't gotten any feedback.

One would think they'd work a little faster for paying players, particularly with cabal 2 coming up. If this is the type of customer service I can expect, I won't be putting another dime into this game, as I doubt many others will either.

it only took a couple hours when i did it last year not sure about how long it takes now.
