Answer me my tickets gm

I've been waiting over two weeks for the answer of my tickets say gm blocked me for not paying the card when in fact they pay me and blocked me first explain that because it blocked me and told me to pay the amount to be recharged to I did another account and took everything from me and good but it was just unblocked me 5 days to block me again and again replied telling me not to pay and send me a ticket with evidence of pay but I've not really respond waiting over 2 weeks for an answer and do not deign to answer that the gm give me bad bad feeling that users expect comment and aver if I support the abuse committed by the ticket that I want answered are: # 32557 and # 32582
