    Plusing rate change?

    I have to be honest and say ever since OGP it hasn't been this hard to + something.
    I mean I can barely get +6 let alone +7 and I can't even imagine +8 or +9, I'm usually a very good +er
    except until now.
    Has the +ing rate changed?
