You see my dear Soul without Life,.. what you are experiencing is a common condition called Cabalomnia...this generally occurs in persons with an overwhelming need to play Cabal but for computer glitchiness, experience an extended period of time without it.
some symptoms are:

fondling the keyboard pantomiming skill casting
constantly staring at the Cabal Icon
repeatedly choosing another desktop wallpaper from the multitude of screenshots in your Cabal Game folder
incessant new thread creations just to communicate with fellow Caballers
and randomly using trigger words in your sentences when communicating with family in friends like "ventrilo", "force", "eod", "Nation War", etc etc
and last but not least, making attempts to "buff" yourself after stepping sopping wet from the shower, rather than just using a towel to dry off like a normal person...

It is OK....you will be fine, just take long even breaths, and say to yourself, "THE FORCE IS WITH ME" repeatedly until you find your center
