    ye n fb should keep rate buffs in bm1, wiz need crushing blade, wa sword should giv em rate, bl skills should ger 100% cd inc and 50% rate inc, nd fs need fb buffs along with crushing blade

    and you get 16rate 15%rate from leg and 1%added from lvl 1 astral bow
