If you carefully read the cabal NA terms of agreement you will find the line that says no macroing allowed.

Interestingly if you read the EU terms of agreement it has nothing whatsoever disallowing macroing.

This being said, if you are smart enough to create a macro that is undetectable, you are still not allowed to use it. Even if you make it with Visual Basic, and you set it to random intervals so that it cannot be easily detected, it is not allowed.
