Banning a player creates more work for them (they have to answer their QQ tickets and respond to thier constant complaining on the forums), there is no reason why they would ban someone just for the lulz.

this is the part where u should understand. they dont WORK at all. furthermore, its not them who reply the QQ ticket. its just a damn bot replying for them. what ever u wrote to them, the answer would be the same, eventhough u asked a freaking different question.
