Well i have window 7 and even when i turn off the game sound i heard this weird sound , very annoying so if any have an idea how to solve it , please help me.

turn off the music, an sound. this isnt no fps where you have to have sound..

Well if you have turned off music, sound, and background sound and you are still getting sound then could be your sound chip, sound card depending on if sound is off the main board or an expansion card (most times cards are better than default chips tbh). Next thing it could be the drivers for the sound processor, or DirectX is not entirely up to date. I'd check the drivers and DX first before going into the hardware.
