sure you might kill everything in 1-2 hits. but hey the way i look at it. you I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥in earned that trans. people skilled for weeks sometimes to achieve dual trans in early levels.

this might be a bad idea because high lvl rerollers are extremely over powered with even skill ranks. imagine a t1 noob with dual trans and high lvl sponsored geared it wouldent even be close for the new players.

yes it may be discouraged. but then again its war people arent expected to be top game in their first tier for war. its the same for all tiers of war. if your not geared youll get smashed.

if people want to work for their trans then let them.

if you want max trans just go to t2. t1 is the only place where no skill cap would do anything at all.
