Remove root. Remove panic cry from WA. Give FB's panic cry with 5 min cooldown. Game fixed.

Shouldn't even make the cd longer it's bs that they'd do anything to them. There's already a long enough cd on root and if any fb uses both roots on you in war it's kind of a waste of root.....Either that or they're tired of the same person running away before they even get hit

execration shouldnt be removed, but there should be a healing potion that has a long cd that removes execration.

just like every other mmorpg,thereby making it less OP
