Why are FA's tagged as the "Best DPS" class?

Wizards have the same DPS in pvp, if not better.

Also, in NA Force Archers have shown probably the worst solo ability of all classes in pve.

Pick a target with, with lets say 1000 defense.

Wiz hits it with tera lance. hits it about 1k.
FA hits it with tera lance. hits it also about 1k.

But Fa tera lance is 1.3 sec cast time and wiz is 1.8. Similar damage, but done in less time. That's higher dps.

Talking about lances bc thats the skills used for dps other than crit shot and shadow and as for pve

Lances aren't Fa's highest dps skills. In many pvp's I'll use only 1 lance. FA is higher dps in combo. But ofc wiz bm2 is higher dps than FA's, nobody would deny that.
