My cabal isn't opening when I click on cabalmain and cabal in the folder. Im not sure what it is. Any suggestions?

I uninstalled cabal and I try to install it, so i leave the download to run and go do something else and it just quits. It looks like its finished, but says it didn't download correctly. Im using google chrome, maybe that is a reason for it?

hmmm download it in normal mode and install it in safe mode

Well, it wont fully install on chrome, should i try internet explorer?

Both use the windows ported linux/unix command wget, just they are GUI frontends for it. wget does one thing and one thing well, retrieve files off the net.

Well, now I got everything working. Except when I launch cabal it tells me something that gameguard has failed to restart.
