wrong section (to go mission war they have these although they are outdated). And the ppl that war in each respective tier know who the good players are not sure y would a t3 care about a t5 and vice-versa.

He did say "and so on" meaning he meant for all 5 tiers. It depends on what you mean by best. Scores best? Kills best? Tanks best? Farms best? Seriously get more specific. Your proposed question is too vague.
