Im new to the whole crafting thing. I just need a few answers.

1. Is there a formula card for slot extender medium, if so where can it be found?
2. Where is the best place to get "powerless cores"?
3. Where do i find cards for eppulet of proof 4 and 5?

If someone could help me answer these questions, i would greatly appreciate it.
