So... I have this problem to. I've tried re-installing 4 times, in safe mode, everything I can possibly do, nothing works. This is really Irritating......

yep,me and a few other people too. its the halloween update. you think they would of patched the problem last maintenance. but no...
hopefully they will fix it soon.

Well I was going to buy SGH's and go for +15 boots. Can't do that now, and the event ends in 2 days. Way to go EST.
