Im in tier 2 right now.. what skill should I used cannons or lance or both when killing other players? Im new to this class so I knw soo little.. and what's a good cd for my level as a wiz and what should be my base attack so I can kill more?

just focus on getting 30 in war and lvl up. theres no point in farming lower tiers because pros like to make low lvl mules to farm noobs
