    My wizard has a Bluestin of Fatal +(idk) 16% cd and slot(empty) what should i do? mail me in-game (ArcherOfLove)

    Thing is though it's more k if you just get base damage (2 slot forc) as a WI than using an SEM to get more CDI. I tried and tested and it was k.
