I checked on CabalWiki and sometime after the Legacy of Darkness update it said that the lvl 9 cards do not drop (as well as a goodluck potion card and maybe a few others). The lvl 9's use to drop in Lakeside I think, please bring them back! (except the perfect coating kit one, kinda outdated now with the new bike upgrade system). To be specific, I'm talking about the Perfect core card and the Slot Extender Highest Card. Also if anyone knows any plans there are for these or something POST EM!

I thought they did exist for a short while they were just very rare while they did exist. Heard of a few people on NA having them. Although they may be globals who got them there and transferred lol.
