Account sign-up not working?

Is anyone else having this problem where you can't sign up on main site (cabal.com) because of the password? Whenever my friend tried to create an account it'd say his password had to be "between 8-16 characters", yet his password fitted the requirement perfectly. We tried some others but the message kept popping up. Anyone got a clue what to do? Thanks :3

WHAT WOW I WASN'T TROLLING. My friend had exactly the same problem where he kept encountering the password incorrect issue. He had to try numerous different e-mails until one worked. An Ex-Guildy of mine told me about it. I R NOT TROLLIN MANDY.

works fine over here via firefox, i used aol.com email but it shouldn't have problems with specific email domains.

YESH YOU ARE REY. And lmao we tried different email too but now there's another issue: you can't click the continue button. Haha -____- what's going on Cabal. I'm on firefox too btw. I also tried it on chrome. Same results.
